2.2 Usage Restrictions: You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unethical activities.

2.3 Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.1 Risk of Loss: Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and can result in the loss of your capital. By using Autoloot, you acknowledge and accept that all trades, whether placed by you or the Autoloot Bot, involve risks that may not be suitable for all individuals.

3.2 Autoloot Bot Functionality: Autoloot is a self-learning trading algorithm designed to analyze market trends and place trades accordingly. However, past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any profits or specific outcomes.

3.3 No Financial Advice: The Autoloot Bot is not intended to provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or market predictions. It is a tool designed to automate trading decisions based on pre-defined strategies.

3.4 Third-Party Systems: Autoloot Bot interfaces with Interactive Brokers’ Trader Workstation (TWS) API, and we are not responsible for any disruptions or issues that occur with Interactive Brokers’ platform or other third-party services.

4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to Autoloot Bot, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, trade strategies, and website content, are owned by Autoloot Bot, LLC.

4.2 Trademarks: "Autoloot" and other related trademarks are the property of Autoloot Bot, LLC and cannot be used without prior written consent.

5.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy to provide and support our services.

5.2 Data Protection: We take reasonable steps to protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee complete security. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your personal information and trading account credentials.

6.1 No Liability for Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autoloot Bot, LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Autoloot Bot, including any losses from trades, data loss, or any errors in trading decisions made by the Software.

6.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autoloot Bot, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.1 Termination by Autoloot Bot: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Autoloot Bot service at our discretion if we suspect you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in illegal activities.

7.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your subscription at any time, but you will remain responsible for all fees until the end of the current billing cycle.
